We offer an unprecedented guarantee. No matter how much publicity there is, or how many people write great things about them, we know you have to hit these unique clubs to know how well they work for you. So we offer a full 60 day satisfaction guarantee to give plenty of time for you, or the person you are giving it to as a gift, to test it thoroughly. Give it the most demanding test you can. Compare the results to your old clubs. If for any reason you don't like how it performs, you may return it for a refund, or we'd be happy to swap it with a different loft or flex to get you the best results possible. We want you to be satisfied, and know that you have to test it for yourself before you know for sure.

The satisfaction guarantee covers the cost of the basic club, but does not cover custom options such as special loft or custom length, and does not cover shipping, duty, or brokerage fees. Returned clubs must have those fees fully pre-paid.

We are not able to extend the satisfaction guarantee if there are scratches, chips, or dents on the top, bottom, or side.

Warranty
The BIG STIK is fully warranted against breakage or manufacturing defects for a full year. If it breaks, we will fix it or replace it at our discretion. Dents on the top, bottom, or side are not covered under this Warrantee.

Return Procedure
Just let us know if you have a problem and we'll give you a Return Authorization Number.
